Yes. Your timely return to the ship is our top priority. All of our tours are carefully planned around your cruise ship’s itinerary, and we always ensure you return with plenty of time before “All Aboard.” We never take risks with timing—your peace of mind and smooth return are guaranteed.

We accept U.S. Dollars (USD), which are widely used on the island, as well as the local currency, Honduran Lempiras (HNL). For your convenience, we also accept major credit/debit cards (a 5% processing fee applies). Most guests prefer to bring cash for easier transactions, tips, and small purchases.

Yes! All of our tours are private and customizable. We are happy to adjust the itinerary to fit your group’s interests. Simply let us know your preferences when booking, and we’ll tailor the day to you.

To secure your booking, we require a $30 deposit per group (not per person). This amount is deducted from your total. The deposit is paid via a secure invoice that we send to you by email or WhatsApp. This invoice can be paid online using a credit/debit card or PayPal.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before arrival, or if your cruise ship is unable to dock for any reason.

It’s easy! After you disembark:

• At Port of Roatán (Coxen Hole): Walk through the terminal and follow the signs to the “Downtown Exit” / Gate #1. Our AT21 TOURS representative will greet you with a sign.

• At Mahogany Bay (Carnival Cruise Port): Walk through the shopping center and continue past the taxi and bus area. Follow the road uphill to the security gate at the top. Our AT21 TOURS representative will be waiting just outside the gate, at the bottom of the small hill, holding an “AT21 TOURS Roatán” sign.
