To secure your booking, we require a $30 deposit per group (not per person). This amount is deducted from your total. The deposit is paid via a secure invoice that we send to you by email or WhatsApp. This invoice can be paid online using a credit/debit card or PayPal. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before arrival, or if your cruise ship is unable to dock for any reason.

It’s easy! After you disembark: At Port of Roatán (Coxen Hole): Walk through the terminal and follow the signs to the “Downtown Exit” / Gate #1. Our AT21 TOURS representative will greet you with a sign. At Mahogany Bay (Carnival Cruise Port): Walk through the shopping center and continue past the taxi and bus area. Follow the road uphill to the security gate at the top. Our AT21 TOURS representative will be waiting just outside the gate, at the bottom of the small hill, holding an “AT21 TOURS Roatán” sign.
